How much are tickets?
- Essential Concert Package – $345 CAD per person
Includes your choice of concert seating and two glasses of award-winning wine.
- Standing Concert Package – $250 CAD per person
Includes access to a dedicated standing-view area at the top of the Amphitheatre. Only 75 tickets are available per concert.
- Gold Seating – +$50 CAD per person
VIP, premium seating upgrades are offered for designated rows in the bowl area of the Amphitheatre.
Additional dining packages are also available for purchase to enhance your concert experience.
What can I expect at the venue?
Enjoy live music in our open-air Amphitheatre with stunning mountain and lake views. The evening begins with pre-concert entertainment starting at 5:00 PM before the main performance. Guests can explore the Boutique, take in the views, and enjoy wine by the glass from our wine kiosks throughout the venue.
If you have not purchased a dining package, Lawn Dining by Delta Hotels will also be available, offering a selection of food for purchase.
Will the Boutique be open?
The Mission Hill Boutique will be open prior to the concert, inviting guests to explore rare luxury finds from esteemed designer houses. Each piece carries a story, often with celebrity provenance, bringing heritage and style to your home. The Boutique will close as the concert begins; however, the Boutique bar will remain open throughout the evening, offering wine by the glass for purchase — a new addition this year.
How can I book concert tickets?
Ticketing and payment are available exclusively through the secure AdmitONE platform. New in 2026, you can select both your dinner package and seat locations during the purchase process. You will receive your digital tickets via email once your transaction is complete. To help maximize seating availability for all members, seat selection will not allow configurations that leave a single seat unoccupied. Each member may purchase up to 6 ticket packages in total (for themselves and up to 5 guests).
Can I choose my own seating?
Yes. New in 2026, select both your dinner package and seat locations during the purchase process.
What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets and dining packages are non-refundable except in the event of a concert cancellation, in which case tickets are refundable via the original point of purchase only.
What is the ticket exchange policy?
Please note, Mission Hill Family Estate does not facilitate reselling of tickets. In the unfortunate case you are unable to join us, it is your responsibility to resell or transfer your tickets. New in 2026, AdmitONE will feature ticket transfer capabilities. To transfer your tickets, log into your account, navigate to the ‘Purchased Items’ tab and click the dropdown arrow for the ticket(s) you would like to transfer and click ‘Transfer’.

Terrace – $550 CAD per person
Indulge in a three-course, wine-paired dinner at a private table, our most coveted dining experience, prized for its unparalleled views and consistently the first to sell out. Begin with a welcome glass of wine, followed by elevated pairings of peak-season produce from our estate gardens and local farming partners, artfully prepared to showcase the valley’s finest ingredients, before enjoying your concert seating.

Loggia – $525 CAD per person
Latin for “outdoor room,” the Loggia offers a refined open-air dining experience framed by ever-changing vineyard views. Begin with a welcome glass of wine, then gather at a long, shared table for a three-course, wine-paired dinner celebrating the valley’s finest seasonal ingredients. Continue the evening with your concert seating.
Oculus Patio Picnic – $425 CAD per person
Perfect for groups of two to six, this outdoor picnic experience offers a relaxed setting in the Estate Courtyard. Enjoy a three-course shared picnic —curated charcuterie, a seasonal salad, and dessert — paired with a bottle of Mission Hill wine at shared outdoor tables, before continuing to your concert seating .

Visitor’s Hall – $525 CAD per person
New for the season, enjoy a refined indoor dining experience in our air-conditioned Visitor’s Hall. This space reflects Mission Hill’s rich heritage and the artistry of the Okanagan Valley, with decorative elements and displays that tell the story of our vineyards and the land that sustains them.

Premier Loggia Experience: An Elevated Sovereign Suite – $10,000 CAD
Intimate, exceptionally rare, and suspended in a realm of its own, the Premier Loggia Experience is a sanctuary for the discerning few. Reserved for a single group of up to ten, this is the most coveted vantage point within the Mission Hill Amphitheatre.
Upon arrival, guests are welcomed beneath the Keystone and discreetly escorted to a private Loggia balcony suite, an architectural aerie offering uninterrupted, panoramic views of the stage, our sustainable vineyards, and the valley floor. Featuring refined lounge seating and dedicated, unobtrusive service, the evening unfolds with a private, sommelier-guided three-course journey from our Legacy and Terroir Collections. This is the pinnacle of concert hospitality, designed for those who seek the extraordinary in complete privacy.
The Chagall Room Concert Experience $20,000 CAD
Set the stage for meaningful connection and elevated hospitality within the estate’s most coveted space. This is an exclusive, unrivaled gateway for corporate clients and guests to experience the Mission Hill Summer Concert Series.
Within the intimacy of the Chagall Room, your group will enjoy a dynamic culinary journey — featuring a curated selection of elevated food stations, artful hors d’oeuvres, and refined small plates — all designed for a fluid, sophisticated social atmosphere. This is the only way to provide your VIPs with private, air-conditioned luxury and iconic wine pairings before taking your reserved GOLD seats in the Amphitheatre.

AdmitOne.com is the exclusive ticket provider for the Mission Hill Family Estate Summer Concert Series. Tickets are only available for purchase online. Tickets will not be sold at the winery beforehand. You must bring your digital ticket(s) with you to the winery. Tickets will be scanned from your smartphone or printed copy. There is no will call, box office or replacement ticketing on the night. Tickets are non-refundable except in the event of a concert cancellation, in which case tickets are refundable only at the original point of purchase. All ticket pricing is in Canadian dollars, subject to a non-refundable handling fee, and applicable taxes.
All concert seating is designated by seat and row number and pre-selected online at time of ticket package purchase. Gold, VIP seating upgrades are offered at time of ticket purchase for designated rows in the bowl area of the Amphitheatre.
Once you complete your order, you will receive an email with your digital tickets for your phone via Admit One. This will include your assigned seating. Mission Hill Family Estate is wheelchair accessible. Concert wheelchair spaces are at the top of the Amphitheatre. If you have non-wheelchair seating needs to accommodate mobility, please be sure to book an aisle seat, or contact us for assistance at 250-768-6400 prior to the performance.
Doors open for concert package admission, including pre-event dining, starting at 4:30pm. All Amphitheatre seats are designated by seat and row number. Concert seating times are 7:30 pm with performances starting at 8:00pm. The winery’s landmark Bell Tower will ring to signal the start of concert seating.

Limited on-site parking is available at the winery, and carpooling is encouraged. Parking attendants will direct vehicles to both on-site and off-site parking areas. All available parking is complimentary for concert ticket holders. Guests are encouraged to plan their transportation in advance and arrange for a designated driver to ensure everyone gets home safely.
Enjoy ready-to-go culinary selections co-created by our Executive Chef Patrick Gayler and Delta Hotels’ culinary team. This collaborative menu features concert snacks during the performance.

In compliance with BC Liquor Control Board, restaurant, and food safety licensing, outside food and beverage is strictly prohibited on winery property. A selection of dining experiences is offered before the show as part of ticket packages as well as wine included in the essential ticket package. Additionally, à la carte wine and light snacks will be offered for purchase prior to and during the concert, if not added when pre-purchasing your concert ticket.
Please note that while you are welcome to purchase bottles of wine from our Wine Boutique during your visit, all wine consumption during events must be provided by a hospitality staff member at one of our wine kiosks. All bags are subject to search by security personnel. Any prohibited food or drink will be confiscated and discarded, and you may be asked to leave the premise.
All concerts are performed outdoors and held RAIN or SHINE. There is no covered seating. Please dress for the weather, including rain gear and appropriate footwear for a sloping, grassed and/or wet area. Personal shade umbrellas are permitted only prior to the performances and during intermission. A limited number of clear rain umbrellas will be offered by the winery in case of inclement weather.
Mission Hill Family Estate is a non-smoking and cannabis-free venue. Smoking and the use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, or similar products are not permitted anywhere on winery grounds.
Pets are not permitted inside the winery gates and must not be left in your vehicle during events. Service animals are permitted in all public areas of the grounds. A service animal is a dog that is individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability, and does not include emotional support, comfort, or companionship animals. Service animals must be housetrained and kept under control throughout their time on winery property.
We ask that you be courteous to your fellow guests seated on the grass area in front of the stage and their view, as well as respectful of the artist’s performance.
Artist merchandise is provided by the artist or tour. Some artists do not carry merchandise with them. If available, merchandise will be located on the upper Courtyard lawn.
All lost & found items are kept in a secure location at the winery. During a concert, contact any of our security personnel to enquire about your item. After the performance, please call 250-768-6400 or email info@missionhillwinery.com. Mission Hill Family Estate is not responsible for any personal items or other property.
On concert dates, the winery remains open for a limited selection of tastings and boutique shopping until 2:00pm. The Terrace lunch and dinner service are not available on concert day.
