Festival of Trees Experience
Your tasting experience begins with a guided tour through the estate adorned with beautifully decorated trees. Continue with a seated tasting of a thoughtfully curated wine flight paired with seasonal small bites that celebrate holiday flavours.

The Wine & Table Experience
Narrated by wine, expressed through cuisine, and guided by an Estate Ambassador, this immersive experience invites guests to explore the story of Mission Hill Family Estate through six wines and three seasonal courses. Each pairing has been carefully composed to reveal the character of the wines and the landscapes from which they originate, creating a memorable journey through flavour, craftsmanship, and terroir.

Iconic Oculus Experience
This collector's tasting is devoted to exploring Oculus, the first Canadian red wine awarded a perfect 100-point score. Through a rare library vertical, available exclusively in the Chagall Room, it reveals the precision and cumulative excellence that, vintage by vintage since 1997, have established Oculus as a global icon. Each pour is accompanied by considered culinary pairings.
