Introduced by Head Winemaker Corrie Krehbiel, this intimate dinner event begins with an elegant Visitors’ Hall welcome reception with classic charcuterie and cheese. Then the celebration flows into the Chagall Room, where talented pianist Andrew Johns will add musical flair. The wine and conversation will flow throughout this decadent, four course, wine-paired feast. The menu, a perfect blend of fall harvest favourites and Executive Chef Patrick Gayler’s signature Okanagan-meets-European flair. It’s all the perfect backdrop for the star of the night, the 2018 Oculus wine release.
