Oculus Celebration Dinner

Our decadent Oculus Dinner menu showcases Chef Patrick Gayler’s innovative cuisine. Each course highlights the best ingredients from the Okanagan, including our organic estate garden and other sustainable local farms. Chef Pat and Winemaker Corrie craft expert pairings with our Legacy wines, and of course, the showstopper, Oculus.

Our kitchen is happy to accommodate vegetarian and gluten-free requests. Please advise on any dietary restrictions when making your reservation. Any request to change the set menu on the day of the event will result in an all-vegetarian and gluten-free menu.
