Behind Closed Doors

Our sommelier will guide you on a behind-the-scenes tour of our temperature and humidity controlled underground barrel cellar, blasted out of volcanic rock, where our wines gently rest and age.  This experience culminates with a seated tasting, devoted to the art of food and wine pairing. Enjoy a sample of our estate grown fare alongside a lineup of new release wines, highlighting our approach to wine and food pairing.
