This new release leads with rich blackcurrant aromas, unfolding into dark blackberry, anise, and crème de cassis. Full-bodied with fine-grained tannins, it’s built to age gracefully for decades.

Expect mouth-watering cured and smoked meats like ash-coated speck, capocollo, prosciutto, and double-smoked bacon. To add a sweet counterpoint, our estate also homes five bee hives to produce wildflower honey for our menu.
