A few important things to know before you start booking:
- Once you click the access link, select “BUY TICKETS” for the first concert of your choice. When you click through on that concert, input the access code in the box, click the arrow icon to unlock, and then click the “Buy Now” button to view the seat map.
- Once on the seat map, select your desired seat locations. Note: To maximize seating availability for everyone, seat selection will not allow selections that leave a single seat behind. If you receive an error message outlining this, please select seats that do not leave behind a single seat and try again.
- Once you have selected your seat locations, select a corresponding dinner package from the dropdown for each seat selected on the right-hand side of your page. Please note that Terrace Dinners must be selected in groups of 4 or 6. Patio Picnic packages must be selected in groups of 2, 4 or 6. Once you’ve confirmed your dinner options, click “Add to Cart” and then “Checkout”
- To begin the checkout process, you will be asked to enter your email address. You will then be prompted to create an account with your full name, address, phone number and a password of your choice. Once complete, click “Register”. Once created, this will be your account to view, download and transfer your tickets at any time after your purchase is complete.
- Next you will be prompted to add your billing address. Once added, click “Continue” and then input your credit card details below. Once done, click the “Pay” button to complete your purchase.
- If you wish to book more than one concert, you can do so in a single transaction. Once you have added your first event to your cart, go back to the access link from your email and click “BUY TICKETS” on the next event you wish to purchase.
- Once you complete your purchase, you will see a confirmation screen with an order number and a button to download your tickets. You will then receive an email from AdmitONE with the subject “Thanks for your AdmitONE Order…”. Once received, you can view the barcoded tickets on your mobile phone, add them to Apple Wallet, or print them out.
- New in 2026, you can transfer your tickets to your guests. Once you have made a purchase, log into your account here. Click on “Purchased Items” from the menu on the left hand side of your account, and then select ‘Transfer’ from the dropdown of your individual tickets.
