Boutique
Everything in our Boutique tells a story. From rare vintage collections and library wines to curated home goods and preserves, each unique piece reflects an unrelenting pursuit of quality. Each visit offers something new with no two experiences the same. Access to the estate is by reservation, with walk-ins welcomed when availability allows.
Each year, we celebrate a theme that inspires us. This year, our theme is The High Life – La Belle Vie, a celebration of luxury vintage travel and refined living, marked by Executive Chef Patrick Gayler’s new provision line, Farmstead.

Vintage Collection
Housing one of Canada’s largest collections of globally-sourced vintage trunks from esteemed houses, such as Louis Vuitton, Goyard, Au Depart, Moynat, Paul Romand, Bottega Veneta, Hermes, Harrods, Cartier, Aux Etats-Unis, and Gucci. These design assets complement any wine cellar or add elegance and style to a sophisticated home. Many pieces have celebrity provenance.

Louis Vuitton
In 1854, Louis Vuitton revolutionized luxury travel with lightweight, flat-topped trunks. Crafted with precision, their durable canvas defied weather and time. The first patterned monogram, introduced in 1896, became an icon of exclusivity. Limited production preserved their rarity, cementing Vuitton’s legacy as the ultimate malletier.

Goyard
Officially founded in 1853, Goyard rose as Paris’s premier malletier, crafting trunks for aristocrats and connoisseurs. Its signature Goyarding patterned canvas, created in 1892, conveys exclusivity. Eschewing advertising, the maison shrouds itself in mystery, with confidential manufacturing processes. Today, Goyard remains an elusive emblem of refined luxury and understatement.

Aux Etats-Unis
In 1845, Aux États-Unis emerged on Paris’s rue Saint-Honoré, crafting exquisite diamond-patterned trunks. Renowned for elegance, it rivaled contemporaries like Louis Vuitton. Serving European Royalty and American industrialists, its artistry defined an era. By the 1980s, it was considered a ‘Sleeping Beauty’ brand, yet its legacy endures as a collectible treasure.
