From the vineyard, our sommelier will take you to our underground barrel cellar where you will enjoy a taste wine directly from the barrel.
A guided wine and food pairing experience will follow, created by Chef Patrick Gayler to highlight wines from our Legacy Collection. Seated at a lakeside table at the Terrace Restaurant, your dining experience will feature produce organically farmed in our own gardens, and sustainable farmers we partner with throughout the valley.
