Crafted with local, peak-season ingredients from trusted growers, Farmstead preserves the vibrancy of the Okanagan at its finest. Rooted in sustainability, each jar captures what is grown nearby, often just steps from our kitchen, without artificial stabilizers or unnecessary waste. Presented in minimalist, gift-ready packaging, these small-batch offerings are made to be shared and savoured.
The Collection
Barrel-Smoked Onion Jam – Sweet onions gently smoked in retired red-wine barrels, finished with Syrah must. Pair with Legacy Collection Compendium.
Pink Lady Apple Chutney – Tart-sweet apples, warm spice, and a dash of golden raisins. Pair with Terroir Collection Chardonnay.
Heirloom Cauliflower Relish – Crunchy brassicas, mustard seed, and cider vinegar zing. Pair with Reserve Collection Sauvignon Blanc.
Apricot Apple-Cider Vinegar – Sun-ripened apricots aged on the mother for bright, stone-fruit tang. Splash over grilled pork loin.
Oak-Aged Haskap Red-Wine Vinegar – Intense berry notes, mellowed for twelve months in French oak. Dress a beet-and-goat-cheese salad.
Strawberry Wild-Rose Compote – Field strawberries steeped with estate-foraged rose petals. Spoon over vanilla panna cotta.
Blueberry Rhubarb Vanilla Compote – High-elevation blueberries meet garden rhubarb and Madagascar vanilla. Swirl into Greek yogurt.
Canada No. 1 Golden Honey – Pure estate honey spun from our own hives. Drizzle on warm sourdough or sharp cheddar.
