From August 31 to September 8, @missionhillwinery proudly celebrates Kelowna Apple Fest by bringing the flavours to our estate. The highlight is our Sunrise Apple Tarte Tatin, featured on the Terrace Restaurant’s lunch and dinner menus. This dessert features peeled sunrise apples stacked on a base of crabapple jam, topped with puff pastry from @karatchocolate. Finished with a drizzle of salted caramel cream. An indulgence not to be missed.
