Our popular Chef’s Dinner Series returns to Mission Hill Family Estate for an extended winter run with more themes and dishes. Come explore the new and delicious with us.
Executive Chef Patrick Gayler and our Mission Hill culinary brigade create a 4 course wine-paired dinner party menu around a mouth-watering theme. Then they share dish history, a signature recipe and professional how-tos. Then you can recreate a taste of this winery night out again, right in your own home kitchen.
This early-access event showcases signature restaurant dishes, past guest favourites, and a special preview of new seasonal plates our culinary team are creating for this spring’s Terrace Restaurant re-opening.
