• Mission Hill Family Estate Winery presents the final culinary class of the season, closing out this popular 'Learn & Dine' series for yet another year. The basic premise remains unchanged: learn from the pros while enjoying a fun and enriching dining experience in the winery's unique Culinary Theatre, a dream venue for people who love food and wine.

    Rather than focusing on a particular cooking style or theme, this session will feature the Estate's Legacy Series of wines, all four of them slated to be released earlier that day on Saturday, April 18th. The evening will feature a delectable 4-course dinner expertly matched to the 2012 Perpetua, 2011 Quatrain, 2011 Compendium, and 2011 Oculus.
