  • Celebrate the arrival of Spring at Mission Hill Family Estate with Executive Winery Chef Chris Stewart as he presents a 5 course menu of seasonally inspired creations featuring some of Canada's best artisanal cheeses, from Avonlea, Prince Edward Island to Salt Spring Island, British Columbia. Each course will be perfectly paired with the award-winning wines of Mission Hill Family Estate Winery. The evening begins with a welcome reception in the Wine Boutique, followed by dinner served in an elegant setting. Our special guest for the evening is the principal of Janice Beaton Fine Cheese in Calgary. Janice was recently inducted into the prestigious Guilde des Fromagers and Confrerie de Saint-Uguzon, a France-based organization that recognizes the world's foremost cheese experts.
