Winemaker's Workshops
Focusing on single varietals, our winemakers have developed a series of five interactive workshops, exploring the nuances of viticulture and winemaking in the Okanagan Valley.
Wine flavours are heavily influenced by where the grapes are grown, the choice of fermentation vessel, and how they are aged. Guided by our winemaker, sample wines in various stages of the winemaking process, and discover how these flavours develop in this 90-minute, hands-on session.
