Mission Hill Family Estate is excited to welcome the 4th Annual Okanagan Symphony Midsummer Gala, coming July 11th, 2009. In conjunction with the Okanagan Symphony society we are planning another elegant evening with thrilling musical entertainment, superb food and award-winning wine. Please join hosts Rosemary Thomson, Okanagan Symphony Music Director and Terry David Mulligan, Film, Television & Broadcasting Personality for a truly magical evening. A fundraiser for the Symphony, live and silent auctions will showcase collector wines, unique food and wine packages, and much more.

A fundraiser for the society, which is a collaborative effort by province-wide chefs to provide innovative and sustainable programs that inspire, educate and nurture chefs, it will be the society's first initiative in the Valley. The dinner for over 100 guests will be offered at the winery by many of Canada's top culinary talents donating their time and epicurean skills to the cause including: John Bishop of Bishop's, Vikram Vij of Vij's, Pino Posteraro of Cioppino's, Hidekazu Tojo of Tojo's, Matthew Batey of Mission Hill, Rob Feenie of Cactus Club, and several other highly acclaimed BC chefs. Tickets and more information will be listed on the Mission Hill website on June 1.
