What class participants are saying:

"I admit to being a 'foodie' and have even taken the Cordon Bleu cooking course onboard a cruise ship.
With that little bit of knowledge under my belt, I was
so impressed with Chef Allemeier’s presentation, and style. This was the best cooking night I have ever been to.

Reasons being:
The room itself.
The flat screen television presentation and how the tables were laid out, there was not a bad seat there.
The Chef was miked so you could hear him wherever he was in the kitchen.
Enjoying wines with each course was unexpected and they were matched perfectly with each dish.
The Chef explained everything thoroughly and upon serving each course, music was played which gave the dining experience a beautiful ambiance."
Kathleen Irving, December 2006

"Everything was like a Mozart symphony in my mouth"

Essentials of Grilling & BBQ

"As usual, Chef Allemeier and his team made the evening most memorable. I am impressed how polished everyone is as they orchestrate the evening with precision. It is a credit to Mission Hill Winery in its selection of staff that makes it a World Class Facility, congratulations again. The menu was outstanding and I can assure you that the beautiful combination of ingredients in the dishes will become regulars at "the Jurys' table" in the weeks to come."
