TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES

1. Due to international customs and duty regulations, we regret that we cannot ship wine outside of Canada at this time. Additionally, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or RR addresses and have certain limitations within Canada for products shipping outside of British Columbia. Please contact a winery representative should you require further details.
2. Sales are on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to availability.
3. The carrier will not deliver wine shipments unless the person signing for the order shows proof that s/he is at least 19 years of age. The carrier will not deliver the wine to any visibly intoxicated person.
4. The carrier will only delivery on business days (Monday through Friday) and will not deliver on Canadian statutory holidays.
5. Shipping and handling charges are not included in the prices shown for bottles of wine.
6. All non-wine items are subject to applicable taxes.
7. All credit card transactions are done over a secure Internet server that utilizes SSL (Secure Socket Layering) technology.
8. Mission Hill Family Estate wine is shipped in half-case (6 bottles) (minimum order) or in full-case (12 bottles) multiples.
9. Online purchases are subject to the Mission Hill Family Estate Online Privacy Policy.
